Curves and Edges

In my work I am concerned with the soft feel and the fluidity of the material. All works are formed freehand when the glass is molten. I work with different themes and due to the nature of the ideas each piece is unique. I am challenged by working in three dimensions and enjoy the possibility of capturing sensations.

These pieces are the most recent series - an exploration of the theme of Curves and Edges. Most pieces are very dark, however a hint of transparency is always present. I enjoy working with the textures applied to emphasize the individual forms.
